How the portal works
Simple for clients, controlled by authorised staff.
1. Receive Credentials
Approved clients receive a unique vault reference and private access code from authorised staff.
2. Verify Access
The client enters those details on the portal to request access to the authorised record.
3. View Approved Data
The system can show vault status, inventory and custody events selected for client visibility.
For production use, protect the WordPress installation with HTTPS, MFA for staff, hardened hosting, firewall protection, encrypted backups, logging and regular security testing.
